HGH Effects That You Should Know About

We hear a lot about HGH these days - it's on the news, it's in the paper, and it's certainly online. It can become very confusing about what exactly HGH effects are, so if you're reading this you've come to the right place, because we're going to try to put it easy to understand terms.

HGH effect on the body – there are many, but the one we hear the most about is the effect HGH has on anti aging. There has been a great deal of research done that shows the various effects HGH has on the body all of which translate to a younger healthier body. And while many would like to call this 'the elixir of youthfulness,' or 'magic potion of youth,' the reality is that HGH is not some foreign substance, but a hormone that our body naturally produces.

As we age our bodies produce less and less and the result is that we age, so taking an HGH supplement such as genf20 Plus, Genfx, Sytropin, Provacyl and Somatropinne can help your body to produce more HGH naturally, and when this occurs many of the signs of aging are reversed.

One study looked at the Effects of human growth hormone on body composition in elderly men. It was conducted at the Department of Medicine, Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and is usually referred to as the Rudman Human Growth Hormone clinical study. While published back in 1989 in the New England Journal of Medicine Volume 323, July 5 1990, No 1, it remains relevant today because other studies that have been conducted confirm and expand on what this study was able to discover.

In this experiment, participants who were mostly made up of old men, received medical grade HGH injections for a period of six months. They were told to not change anything related to their lifestyle. After the six months dramatic benefits were enjoyed by these elderly men, which included thicker skin, weight loss, stronger hair, lower cholesterol, deeper sleep, more lean muscle mass, and a sense of well being, and some of the effects were immediately noticed after the HGH injections regimen. All the participants felt stronger and years younger.

HGH affects the immune system giving it a significant boost, it causes organs to return to normal size, it helps with the development of lean muscle mass, and reduced body fat especially the dangerous visceral fat found in the abdomen. HGH affects sleep patterns leading to improved sleep, it increases libido, and it reverses wrinkles leaving you with supple younger looking skin. The benefits of having normal HGH levels in your body are many, and they are all related to turning back the clock because of the HGH levels being restored to what they were when we were younger. HGH is very important to the body. IT is the peptide hormone that helps stimulate growth and stimulate cell reproduction in humans and animals. HGH is necessary to maintain the proper function of the brain, it is needed for DNA repair within the cells, and it affects metabolism, cell division, and energy levels. It also is important to ensuring our immune system is functioning optimally. You can see that HGH affects every aspect of the body and so its importance should never be underestimated.

However, the sad fact is the value of HGH is often underestimated and as a result, we don't worry too much even if we understand and realize that the levels of HGH in our bodies are not at adequate levels. That's because until most of us read more on HGH we have no idea about its importance to our quality of life. We hear a lot about its role in anti aging but it goes much deeper than that. While it may not directly affect longevity, HGH affects the quality of the life we live and so it makes sense that we would want to do what we can to maintain adequate HGH levels.

The older we get the more at risk we are of developing serious health problems and the recovery time is often much longer when we are older. This happens because our bodies do not produce enough HGH. It's also why an 80 year old is more likely to die from the flu than a 30 year old.

Many things play a role in helping the pituitary gland produce more HGH including diet and exercise. In addition taking an HGH dietary supplement will help to kick start the body's production of HGH.
