Sprint 8 Style Exercises Increase HGH Production

HGH is important to each of us and one of the most notable benefits is in slowing down the aging process. You can learn about all the benefits here. There has been a great deal of research carried out in recent years on HGH production and one thing that's been learned is just how important intense exercise is to helping your body produce HGH.

When you engage in exercises that use your super fast muscle fiber it causes your body to increase its HGH production. There are a number of different high intensity exercise routines out there. The 20-minute Sprint 8 ® is one such program that is designed to create the perfect workout to increase your HGH production. There are others. Feel free to find one that works best for you.

It was names Sprint 8 because your heart rate peaks eight times during this workout. This technique is better than just doing regular cardio exercises . When done just two or three times a week significant weight loss is easily achieved. The reason why this exercise is as effective as it is was discovered during the research, which found that the high intensity Sprint 8 exercises promote HGH production.

That study, published in 2003 found that "an exercise intensity above lactate threshold and for a minimum of 10 minutes appears to elicit the greatest stimulus to the secretion of HGH."

Another study published in 2002 found a "linear relationship between the magnitude of the acute increase in growth hormone release and exercise intensity."

A warning here - if Sprint 8 is done more than three times a week you can actually lose all the benefits as it becomes counterproductive. This is a case where more isn't necessarily better.

What is Sprint 8?

Sprint 8 is a 20 minute workout that has been medically proven to reduce body fat, boost energy, increase lean muscle mass, and improve bone density because it causes the natural release of HGH. You will do four minutes of warm up and cool down, eight 90 second low intensity recovery intervals and eight 30 second high intensity sprint intervals.

Who Can Benefit?

If you are over the age of 30 you are probably experiencing what's called somatopause, which is a medical term for loss of muscle, weight gain, wrinkled skin, and energy decline. It is what you experience when you hit middle age. Researchers have shown to combat somatopause you need to make anaerobic exercise part of your weekly fitness to release HGH. Sprint 8 does just that.

Of course Sprint 8 is just one exercise program. Any exercise program that meets the intensity requirements to help your body increase HGH production and release is just fine. If you want to maximize your HGH production even further you can include taking a product to boost production of Somatropin, which has many benefits.

We've always known exercise is important to our health, now we know it's key to our staying young.
